You can only access to this public facility via Drainage Services Department's tour. It's a really cool underground storage tank. Though not the biggest, it's impressive! It can store up to 65,000 cubic m water to prevent flood.

該處是水務署設施，不是普通遊人可進入，但由於附近環境幽靜，亦有不少可供閒遊的道路!
