這間酒店的經營手法惡劣，前台負責check in 的tiffany 員工，以及當值經理Joseph,對於不能提供客人要求之床型，卻辯稱酒店有權利給予客人任何床型而不需要通知，然後就叫你加二百元升級....一切責任就是訂房網站沒有寫清楚。特別是Tiffany 的態度差勁，講句唔好意思都冇，完全覺得只是客人問題，只是不停向客人遊說升級，感覺嘔心。向Joseph作出投訴也只是敷衍了事，請大家小心這一間酒店，以及看看其他客人的投訴，不要再光顧這種黑心經營手法的酒店了。

Cancelled my booking by email whcih landed in my junk folder. Didn't even try and call — terrible! No reason given either.

It has a maid service, and they clean your room really well. They also have clear instructions when the maid will come up, and so on. I highly recommend elderly to try this serviced apartment.

Stayed here during my 14 day quarantine and now again on 0+3. I have to say it's value for money. Convenient location with lots of places to eat and stock up on supplies. Rooms are comfortable and staff are helpful.
