Did my 14 day quarantine here previously. I had some qualms about getting the standard room but was pleasantly surprised to find it sufficient for my needs. The 2 weeks went by in a flash. The internet connection was fine, and I could hold meetings properly. Food was not too bad too. Being in causeway bay, it was also convenient for food deliveries and there are plenty of choices. Love the in room speaker as I can connect to Spotify and blast music. Service was very prompt and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a quarantine hotel!!… – show

I'm currently doing quarantine here and the place is amazing. Great room, amazing staff, good food, great location. Staff is super responsive and helpful with everything, including shifting my reservation due to a flight cancellation (thanks so much Air Canada).

Beyond 5 stars experience! I’m coming out from my quarantine tomorrow and I already feel the Stockholm Symptom! It’s such a perfect place for me to stay, my 14 days have gone in a blink!
I loved everything here, the service was excellent, they were very reachable, responding my messages within second to a minute, food was really good, bathroom is huge with standing bath tub, the bed is massive, I can roll myself left and right without falling, and guess what, the sound system is better than my own home! I blasted my dance music every day and night(I hope my neighbour rooms didn’t hear it)
I’m booking my next trip here for sure, no doubt I’d try another quarantine hotel, please keep a room for me!… – show

I chose to stay at the Mira Moon hotel during my 17-day quarantine requirement and the experience I have had has made Mira Moon my favourite hotel to stay in Hong Kong.
The hotel has been extremely accommodating when it came to rescheduling of the room due to cancellation of flights, and they have kept me updated on the government’s ever-changing rules.
The hotel staff has looked after me very well and provided fresh towels within minutes of contact. They also went above and beyond in ensuring my stay was as comfortable as it could be (along with the late night food deliveries).
I highly recommend Mira Moon, for the home-away-from-home experience.

I stayed at this wonderful hotel for my 21 days quarantine period and I am really happy, satisfied with the room, the amenities provided, the meal plan served and foremost the professional attitude of the staff who all looked after me around the clock to make my stay a pleasant yet bearable experience. Any request is attended in the finest detail. Notwithstanding the surprises made with nice gimmicks and gifts provided as I stayed over the Christmas and New Year. It is harsh at times to be on your own in confinement for that long period, but be accommodated in a large room with beautiful view over the harbour, large bathroom, excellent services, I have only praise Mira Moon. Just did my first 14days quarantine and I have to say I was really lucky to have stayed with miramoon. Everything pretty much was beyond my expectation. 5 star service- polite, quick to response, friendly staff really made it a pleasant stay. They always deliver my items almost right away. Really appreciate it.
The food was really nice, lots of varieties and there comes fruit and dessert along with lunch & dinner. I even had steak in one of the nights. And I love how they use wood utensil and paper boxes, very eco friendly.
The room is very spacious for one with high ceiling. I could really enjoy myself with the facilities/hardware- like airplay (I found a lot of the hotels don’t have) and in ceiling surround speaker. I also love how there’s heater function so I could keep myself warm. The bed was huge and super comfy.
The only thing might be the Wi-Fi was quite weak. I had to connect to my own hotspot but might be an issue for people who doesn’t have unlimited usage. And the toilet flush power was bit weak.
I regretted not have chosen the full moon room type and definitely wanna come back and stay with miramoon post covid. All the positive comments might make it even harder to book but well deserved (please save a room for me!:p) thank you miramoon team!… – show

Quarantined for 21 days in the Full Moon room (largest one available). Very spacious, & amenities were well-placed & thought-out. Bathroom was a fantastic size, room was incredibly bright, bed was very comfortable, with both firm and soft pillows available from reception.
I will be honest, there were various problems that confirmed how old the hotel was (AC, coffee machine, internet and bathtub drain all temporarily stopped working). While this list sounds pretty bad, I had to give the hotel 5* because the service was just incredible — reliable, polite, professional & quick to fix everything.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for a general stay, but highly highlyyy recommend as a quarantine facility, especially given the standard of quarantine hotels in Hong Kong right now.… – show

Doing a 14 day stay here at the Miramoon. WiFi has been a life saver. Wish I had booked a room with a bath. Receptionist who answers the phone is soooo lovely. You just know she is on all requests. Kevin’s custard tart after a week was so yummy. Don’t know if I want to do another 14 days again but if I do I will try to book here again.

Checked in today to start my 14D staycation The rooms are exactly to expectation. Big, artistic, friendly crew. However the food are too dry. Good if it can be paired with some juice or fruits.

I stayed here for quarantine and while the staff is definitely responsive, i was disappointed in the stay. The food was barely better than airplane food, didn't have much variance and usually came luke warm as it was delivered from somewhere else. I also felt that the hotel could make the quarantine stay a little more accommodating for people being stuck in there for 7-21days. There is no table to eat with 2 people, not even 2 chairs, one couch chair that may look 'designer' but is very uncomfortable, so I usually ate on the bed while my wife ate on the desk. The wifi kept breaking down and they were able to provide me a dongle, which was barely better. I wouldn't stay here again, it really felt like being imprisoned and in my opinion the hotel could have stepped up their game in terms of food quality and entertainment options to make q stays more bearable.… – show

My wife and I stayed here for our mandatory 21 days Quarantine, as Mira Moon is a designated quarantine hotel (DQH) in HK for travellers. It was an exceptional service. The hotel staff were very empathetic about all our needs. Unfortunately, on our 3rd day I had to leave for COVID testing, and returned on 13th day. The hotel refunded me for the duration I was not there. Also, they looked after me during the remaining period, checked me out of the hotel safely. I would definitely recommend this hotel, even under normal circumstances.… – show

Amazing quarantine stay! I stayed at the Mira Moon for 7 days after coming back from Europe. The room was beautiful and view was also great, it really kept me sane. The food, while bland sometimes (bring your own seasoning!) was miles better than anything I had experienced in another hotel apart from ultra luxury ones. They were also super responsive on their WhatsApp channel and whatever you asked for arrived within 15 minutes of your request. Truly amazing service and well appointed rooms. They were able to accommodate my every need during quarantine. For those working; the wifi was also speedy and I never got disconnected from my zoom calls.… – show

I don't normally write reviews but honestly staying at this hotel for my three week quarantine was the best decision I made. The hotel staff were super thoughtful in making sure I had everything I needed (yoga mats, extra towels, robes, etc) and even brought gifts for every week of quarantine done which was honestly the highlight of the week! The food was amazing and there's such a wide selection, limited staff contact to ensure your safety and scenic views to get you through everyday.
