這間酒店的經營手法惡劣,前台負責check in 的tiffany 員工,以及當值經理Joseph,對於不能提供客人要求之床型,卻辯稱酒店有權利給予客人任何床型而不需要通知,然後就叫你加二百元升級....一切責任就是訂房網站沒有寫清楚。特別是Tiffany 的態度差勁,講句唔好意思都冇,完全覺得只是客人問題,只是不停向客人遊說升級,感覺嘔心。向Joseph作出投訴也只是敷衍了事,請大家小心這一間酒店,以及看看其他客人的投訴,不要再光顧這種黑心經營手法的酒店了。
Room design is not user friendly. Pillows are all soft (4x). Dirt can be found on the linen and curtain. Inconvenient location of electrical sockets. Lights switches are confusing.
