Ultimately you cost me several thousand pounds and destroyed both my business activity in Hong Kong and my family's trip — I made 3 bookings for a total of 6 nights. I only stayed 3 nights and decided to leave Hong Kong with my family due to this experience. I went to the front desk 3 times with my ID & Credit card, you already honored the reservation!. Two days after booking they told me they refunded the points for unknown reason. I asked for more details and they were unable to provide me this. They then requested alternative payment for the past booking and accused me of not paying. They had already accepted the points from my Hilton account which I now have no use of as I don't want to stay with Hilton again. I dislike the way that I was approached. This issue is entirely the fault of Hilton/Conrad. Even as I left the hotel another man had accused me of trying to avoid payment. I didn't even receive the service I paid for. If I wanted to I could buy pacific place, alas I now have zero interest in Hong Kong. I have stayed at far nicer hotels. Nobody personally apologized to me for their mistakes with the booking, your staff are not sincere.
My toddler received a raw piece of fried chicken in his kids meal. Potential hazard. Japanese breakfast rice was stale. Afternoon tea substandard, wasn't tasty, barely a snack -ordered for 3 people. Laksa noodles not flavorful.
The wifi was the slowest of any hotel we have stayed at — Executing market trades potentially lost money and further productivity loss.
Due to wrong information received we had incurred extra costs with taxis to Chinese visa center's. The time loss was significant.
I asked the concierge for a normal suitcase they tried to sell me a Tumi and told me to go check by myself in causeway bay. I was given no specific address or any other details.
There was no services related to children either for childcare or indoor play.
The concierge was not able to buy a mobile phone (I have stayed at hotels that have) and did not even provide me any information relating to stock.
The light above the bed was particularly annoying & air conditioning was either too hot or too cold.
There was no in room refreshments/mini bar.
Staff at the hotel seem to act like covid police/worse than Cathay business/other upscale establishments. I have a doctors letter — I have the right not to discuss my personal medical history.
The body lotion in the room looked used. Not a very wide selection of complimentary supplies and the brands were not enticing. We had to use what we brought.
With the stress of repacking and moving hotels we had no choice but to book an immediate flight to leave Hong Kong.

I had a lovely 5-night stay at Conrad Hotel recently. Overall, it’s an elegant hotel and the service is just spot-on.
Check-in/checkout was seamless. As Hong Kong government is still enforcing the three day medical surveillance upon arrival, the front-desk team explained to me in detail as to what to expect during my stay and alternatives to dine-in food/beverage, as well as some guideline on how to navigate the rules to make my stay as enjoyable. There is many ways to reach them and I tried WhatsApp, response was instant. Executive lounge/Food services took good care of me — they delivered breakfast, afternoon team, and even evening cocktail to my room during the first three days of my stay. Food quality was great and staff are very friendly. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room tidy and clean. Concierge was spot-on. I had a super early checkout at around 1:30am. I informed the front desk the night before for some bell desk help and staff showed up at my door at 1:30am sharp with a luggage cart to help me. It was impressive.

In casual racism today
An Asian lady and I (of Indian origin) we’re waiting for a taxi. I had arrived at the wait stand a good 5 mins before this lady. The staff at the entrance stopped me from entering the taxi when it came and insisted the person who came after me gets it. It may sound trivial to many but as a woman of colour, these acts of micro aggression are a part of my daily life and it’s disappointing when it’s perpetuated at an American establishment such as the Conrad. Mr. Roy Yeung the senior duty manager was exceptionally good at managing the situation and I am grateful for him having stepped in. But the general staff was callous and unwilling to accept their prejudice. Perhaps have a more sensitized staff going forward.… – show

Although it is not a new hotel, it is a classy hotel located in Hong Kong Island. Room is not modern but it look grand. Service is good and all the staffs are helpful. The food in the Italian restaurant is amazingly good. Highly recommended.

The staff at this Conrad was excellent, they met or exceeded anything we needed for our entire stay. Special thanks to evening manager Daniel, and overnight manager Jaden. During our stay my wife needed to go to the emergency room, they could not have acted any more professional and courteous. They did not miss a beat and kept both myself and my wife calm during the process.

Conrad is one of my favorite hotels in the US so I tried it in HK. Satisfied with my stay. Definitely a 5-star hotel. Room, view, food, location all great, can shop in the same building! Only thing is service can be improved a little by more immediate action like table removal. Otherwise very happy!

With half the rooms under maintenance after 2+ years of intensive Q service, don't expect an upgrade even as a Diamond elite. But the harbour or Peak views from the high floor are unbeatable.
The hotel has done a good job to adapt their service for overseas visitors arriving under the 0+3 regime who are not permitted to dine in. Breakfast and the tea and cocktails (otherwise served at the still closed lounge) are now offered in-room instead. The staff seem grateful to have the rest of the worldback with lots of smiles behind the masks.… – show

First business trip after 3 years as the government shortens the quarantine period from 7 days to 3 days I was happy that I chose Conrad as my quarantine hotel The king size bedroom is spacious, the room was well cleaned and prepared prior my arrival (love the teddy bear and yoga mat hotel provided, great accompany when I was all alone in the room for 3 days), foods variety was satisfying and they served the food hot and on time even though I can only dine inside the room The only concern was there was strange smell inside the room, but the smell just gone after the AC was set below 19.5'C The bedding was excellent and I slept well to overcome jetlag Also the hotel staff gave clear instructions on how to follow government's measure against COVID, which was much appreciated

We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights quarantine in late July. We had a very good experience. The reservation team are very patient to assist with the change of my booking (i.e. add a second person in my room and amend my name). The staff are very friendly and do their best to help us when we are in the hotel. We checked in after 4pm and they even provide us warm lunch. The hotel provides all essential things we need. The room is clean and tidy. However, there are some watermarks on the wallpaper. A small area of wallpaper is peeling. Otherwise, it is prefect to stay in this hotel.… – show

I stayed here for the 3 nights quarantine. The staffs were super tentative. They took care of things right away. They were very organized to make sure you were safe to stay. The food was decent. I would definitely come back again for the normal stay.

Amazing food, great internet connection. Room is very big with great view. Only small problem is the air con is too strong and room is too cold. I have to turn it off so I won’t feel too cold.

I was happy that I chose Conrad as my quarantine hotel
The king size bedroom is spacious, the room was well cleaned and prepared prior my arrival (love the teddy bear and yoga mat hotel provided, great accompany when I was all alone in the room for 3 days), foods variety was satisfying and they served the food hot and on time even though I can only dine inside the room

The meals options was okay but I can tell the view from rooms were amazing! I have put in some food pictures I got in the quarantine package.
The staff got me whatever item I requested and the response was quick.
Seamless check in and check out. Was provided with free RAT testing kit as well.
