之前想去買部Miele蒸爐，見到價格都幾貴。好在有朋友介紹同Ideali買，比出面門市平差唔多4成。唯有疫情搞到運輸送貨慢左幾個禮拜。公司有服務又有包保養，感覺比買行貨更方便。

垃圾賣家, 跟我口頭上說行貨, 有保養, 但當我的耳筒壞了的時候, 把貨發給B&O 官方維修中心, 說不是香港產品, 是內地的, 所以不提供保養

買左條不銹鋼花灑喉，裡面條膠喉同個膠咀駁住金屬頭既接駁位有問題，開水之後成個花灑飛開，我覺得係本身件貨有問題，拎去請問佢可以點，有兩位staff要我下一日再去搵番當日賣比我個staff 至有得傾，fine 我下一日再去，佢換左另一條比我因為冇得退錢。2星係覺得佢貨品本身有問題，另外扣分係有個姐姐「提醒」我唔好再扭咁緊（並唔係出事位置但我唔覺得佢關心），唔係再壞冇得換，態度不好，如果有時間建議大家搵另一家，有咩事唔洗受氣。街坊生意開開心心咪好 ‍ ️
