Big thanks to Alex for taking care of our flights and quarantine hotel booking. It used be so easy to just book a flight in the past, but now it is really difficult to manage given all the quarantine policies. I am glad we have the professional service of Alex to see us through. Finger crossed everything will be smooth.

They are very professional and responsive. They provided best quarantine hotel to me for the same govt rates without any extra charges. Even after I checked in to the hotel they always responded to my messages before hotel staff and provided all the necessary info.

I contacted Mr Sandeep Mathur when I was in France and desperate to find an hotel room for my quarantine with my son. Mr Mathur was extremely fast to respond and really efficient. I explained that my son has some very special needs and he made sure to find the suitable room for him. He did the follow up with the hotel and made sure that all the requests he put were included. After we checked up, I received a message asking if everything was ok.
I cant praise him enough for his very professional work and his compassion for my son. I will definitely ask for his services as soon as I need them in the future. I highly recommend him and his agency. … – show

Sandeep has been very helpful in finding the right quarantine hotel room for our son. He made himself available when we needed to speak with him (French time zone) and really did his best to get us the best room given the dates, budget and requirements. Our son had as comfortable a quarantine as he could hope for. Thank you GOT and Sandeep!

I booked my quarantine hotel in Hong Kong through Great Ocean Tours. They had rooms available at government rates when most other agents were charging exorbitant prices while the hotels were sold out. Great customer service.
Will strongly recommend them!
